Resistance strain type load cell is a device that converts mass signal into measurable electrical signal output. The resistance strain type load cell is based on the principle that the elastic body (elastic element, sensitive beam) will produce elastic deformation under the action of external force, so that the resistance strain gauge (conversion element) pasted on its surface will also produce deformation. After the resistance strain gauge is deformed, its resistance value will change (increase or decrease), and then this resistance change will be converted into electrical signal (voltage or current) through the corresponding measuring circuit, Thus, the process of transforming external force into electrical signal is completed.
