The range selection of the loadcell can be determined according to the maximum weighing value of the scale, the number of loadcells selected, the self-weight of the scale body, the maximum eccentric load that can be generated and the comprehensive evaluation of dynamic load factors. In general, the closer the range of the loadcell is to the load assigned to each loadcell, the more accurate its weighing will be. However, in actual use, since the load applied to the loadcell includes self-weight, tare weight, eccentric load and vibration shock and other loads besides the object to be weighed, when selecting a loadcell, many factors should be considered to ensure that loadcell safety and longevity.
The selection of the loadcell level must meet the following two conditions:
1. Meet the requirements of instrument input. The weighing display instrument displays the weighing result after the output signal of the weighing loadcell is processed by amplification and A/D conversion. Therefore, the output signal of the load cell must be greater than or equal to the input signal size required by the display instrument, that is, the output sensitivity of the load cell must be substituted into the matching formula of the load cell and the instrument, and the calculation result must be greater than or equal to the input sensitivity required by the instrument. The adopted load cell meets the requirements of displaying the input sensitivity of the meter and can match the selected meter.
2. Meet the accuracy requirements of the entire electronic scale. An electronic scale is mainly composed of three parts: the scale body, the loadcell and the display instrument. When choosing the accuracy of the load cell, the accuracy of the loadcell should be slightly higher than the theoretical calculation value, because the theory is often affected by the objective. Conditional limitations, such as the strength of the scale body is a little worse, the performance of the instrument is not very good, the working environment of the scale is relatively poor and other factors directly affect the accuracy requirements of the scale, so it is necessary to improve the requirements from all aspects, and consider the economic benefits. , to ensure that the purpose is achieved.
