Product Features:

LCT002 disc dynamic torque sensor has developed a professional sensor for measuring torque parameters on the basis of introducing German torque sensor technology. It has a compact shape and a variety of optional installation methods. It is not only suitable for laboratory, but also suitable for industrial environment. Non contact transmission mode is adopted for power supply and measurement signals, which is suitable for long-term use with low wear and does not need any maintenance. For different applications, speed test can also be added to the sensor.

Unique non-contact mode is adopted internally to wirelessly transmit torque signal output.

It has good stability, high precision, good reliability and long service life.

It can transmit static torque signal, rotating torque signal, dynamic torque signal and static torque signal,  

When transmitting signals, it has nothing to do with rotation, speed and steering.  

There is no bearing between the stationary shell and the rotating disc, which can adapt to long-time and high-speed operation.  

The signal adopts digital technology with strong anti-interference.

There are no wear parts such as collector ring, which can run at high speed for a long time

Torque measurement accuracy is independent of rotation speed and direction.

Small volume, light weight and convenient installation. It can be installed in any position and direction.

4:Installation mode

LCT002 disc torque consists of static shell and rotating disc.

The two ends of the rotating disc are respectively connected with the power or load through the flange coupling.

The stationary shell is fixed on the base, and the gap is adjusted to ensure that the stationary shell and the rotating disc are not in contact!

The horizontal installation is shown in Figure 1:

Connection mode: connection between torque sensor, power equipment and load equipment

Elastic pin coupling connection: as shown in Figure 3, this connection mode has the advantages of simple structure, easy processing and convenient maintenance. It can slightly compensate the relative offset of the shaft caused by the installation error, and can play the role of slight vibration reduction at the same time. It is suitable for high and low speed operation occasions with medium load and frequent start, and the working temperature is - 10-50.

(2):Rigid coupling connection: as shown in Figure 4, this connection form has the advantages of simple structure, low cost, no compensation performance, no cushioning and vibration reduction, and high installation accuracy for two shafts. It is used for working conditions with little vibration.

5:Usage Note:

The wiring must be correct;

◎±15V range: not lower than ±14.5V, not higher than ±15.5v;

The signal line output shall not be short circuited to the ground or the power supply, and the output current shall not be greater than 10mA;

The shielding layer of shielded cable must be connected with the common end (power ground) of ± 15V power supply:

If you have any questions during use, please contact our company in time. You shall not disassemble it within the warranty period. If the sensor cannot meet your requirements, the sensor body and shell can be replaced without any damage.
