The first is environmental factors. A humid environment may have a certain impact on the electronic crane scale. If the sensor is not treated with moisture-proof treatment, it is equivalent to an open state. Therefore, if it is not a professional waterproof wired crane scale, it must be used in a dry environment to ensure the weighing accuracy.

If the operation is not performed according to the standard operation action, it is likely to cause measurement errors, or operation without professional training. 3. How to zero and calibrate the SAINTBOND crane scale

The calibration of the weighing instrument is the calibration of the weighing instrument parameters. When the weighing instrument is packaged by SAINTBOND for the first time or any part of the weighing system is changed, and the calibration parameters of the current equipment cannot meet the user's requirements, the weighing instrument should be calibrated. The calibration parameters directly affect the weighing results of the weighing instrument. In order to prevent personnel from misoperation, the administrator and system administrator are required to log in to calibrate the weighing instrument. to log in to the corresponding user).


The national standard requires password protection for the calibration parameters of the weighing instrument, so you need to enter the correct password when entering the calibration parameters; to change the calibration password, click any parameter in the calibration interface of the weighing instrument, and click Modify the password in the pop-up box that appears. To change the calibration password, in the calibration interface, two calibration methods are provided: weight calibration and theoretical value calibration. The calibration steps are as follows:


1. Empty scale calibration:

Empty scale calibration means zero calibration of the weighing platform. There are two ways to perform zero calibration: automatic acquisition and manual input. When the new equipment or the weighing structure is adjusted, the "automatic acquisition" method must be used for zero calibration.


Automatic acquisition: successful calibration conditions: the weighing bucket is empty and the weighing platform is stable. After the weighing platform is emptied, the meter displays the current millivolts. Press [Empty Scale Calibration] to calibrate the current state to zero position.


Manual input: manually input the millivolt value corresponding to the zero point, click [empty scale input], and enter the recorded zero point voltage value in the pop-up box to calibrate the zero point. This voltage value is the recorded value of the data recorded when the weight is calibrated for manual input.


2. Weight calibration: The weight calibration function is a method of using weights in the field. Proceed as follows:

1. Select weighing parameters such as weighing instrument unit, decimal point, division value, etc. according to your needs;


2. For empty scale calibration, please refer to the empty scale calibration steps;


3. Put the weight on the weighing platform, and after the weighing platform is stable, click [Weight Calibration], enter the weight of the weight in the pop-up box, and click OK to complete the calibration of the weight.


3.Theoretical value calibration: 

Theoretical value calibration is to carry out the weight calibration operation of the weighing instrument by inputting the sensitivity of the connected sensor and the sensor range value. Proceed as follows:


Step 1: Select weighing parameters such as weighing instrument unit, decimal point, division value, etc. according to your needs;


Step 2: Click [Theoretical value calibration], and set the total range of the load cell in the pop-up box (if connecting multiple sensors, enter the sum of the total range of the sensor);


Step 3: Set the sensitivity of the load cell (such as connecting multiple sensors, input the average sensitivity);


Step 4: Turn on the "Theoretical value valid" switch, and the interface will display "Theoretical value calibration is valid".
