The weight can have an adjustment cavity, and the total volume of all adjustment cavities should not exceed 1/10 of the total volume of the weight. The cavity should be sealed, waterproof and dustproof. The adjustment cavity can be sealed with a threaded plug or knob.

Overall shape: Rectangular design shape, and it is required to have grooves for loading and unloading on both sides of the weights and handling grooves for forklifts at the bottom of the weights. The edges and corners of the weight should be rounded, and the surface should not have sharp edges or sharp angles and blisters to prevent wear and dust accumulation. According to our drawing size.

⑴Low mechanical properties. Because graphite is equivalent to cracks or voids in the steel matrix, it destroys the continuity of the matrix, reduces the effective load-bearing section, and easily leads to stress concentration, so its strength, plasticity and toughness are lower than carbon steel.

⑵Good wear resistance This is due to the lubricating effect of graphite itself. In addition, the voids left after the graphite falls off can also store oil.

⑶ Good vibration absorbing performance. This is because graphite can absorb vibration energy.

⑷Good casting performance. This is because cast iron has high silicon content and close to eutectic composition, so it has good fluidity and filling.

⑸Good cutting performance. This is because the presence of graphite makes turning chips easy to brittle and does not stick to the tool.
